Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of retreats.nyris.net (the "site"), run by Nyris Retreats LLC ("Nyris Retreats", "we"). By using the site, creating an account or sending a booking request, you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy.

Your account

You can browse without an account. To save homes, follow your requests or message hosts you create an account with your email address; we sign you in with a one-time code or link sent to that address, so keep your inbox secure and don't share codes. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to book or host. We may suspend accounts that misuse the site.

Booking requests

Sending a request is not a confirmed reservation. The host reviews each request and may accept or decline it. For homes managed by Nyris Retreats, a confirmed booking is completed through our property management system and its payment processor, under the rate, house rules and cancellation policy shown for that home at the time of booking. For homes listed by other hosts, the host is responsible for confirming your stay and for any payment arrangement they offer; Nyris Retreats does not process those payments.

Messaging

Messages sent through the site are delivered to the other party and stored so both of you can refer back to them. Use messaging only to arrange stays: no harassment, spam, unlawful content or attempts to take guests or hosts off the platform to avoid these terms. We may review messages to investigate abuse or as required by law.

Hosting on the site

Hosts may list homes they own or are authorised to rent. You're responsible for the accuracy of your listing, your photos, your prices and rules, for complying with local law and tax obligations, and for honouring confirmed stays. Listings and material changes are reviewed before they appear publicly; we may decline, edit or remove a listing at our discretion. By submitting a listing you grant us a licence to display its content on the site and in our marketing for the site.

Reviews and content

Content you provide must be yours to share and must not be unlawful, misleading or infringing. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is". We work hard to keep listings accurate, but we don't guarantee the availability, condition or suitability of any home listed by another host. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nyris Retreats is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
